Basketweaving class with Carol and Laurie Ross
We had a blast heading to Athens, Ohio to take a Basket-weaving class from the Ross Family.
The Rosses craft beautiful baskets from natural materials like reed, honeysuckle, and oak.

The late Roger Ross, husband and father, wove sculpted honeysuckle baskets into body forms such as these. He also wove baskets from electrical wire.
We were so honored to learn from Carol and Laurie as they are both pioneers and inventors in the basket weaving craft.
